Whether you are interested in CPAP therapy, a Dental Appliance or a procedure by an otolaryngologist, the first step is a multi-channel sleep study.  
      
STEP 1:  Our sleep experts will review your history and decide if a convenient Home Sleep Test in the comfort of your own home is right for you, A prescription for a Home Sleep Test (HST) is placed in your file.

STEP 2:  A Home Sleep Test device will arrive at your home. Technicians are available 24/7 to walk you through the simple set-up. Follow your regular night time routine and sleep in the comfort of your own bed. In the morning, the results are remotely transmitted via a built-in mobile phone . Then simply place the Home Sleep Test device back in the shipping box and we will arrange for the unit to be sent back to us. Meanwhile, a Board Certified Sleep Physician will develop a report of your results.

STEP 3:  At your convenience, our Board Certified Physician, licensed in your state will schedule an online or phone meeting to review your HST results, review options and:
  • Provide an RX for a local company to set you up with the   latest Auto pressure adjusting CPAP or Auto pressure adjusting Bi-Level PAP.
  • Refer you to a local Dentist for a custom made Oral Appliance Therapy device (OAT) to treat your snoring and   sleep apnea. 
  • Refer you to a local Ear, Nose and Throat specialist to discuss possible surgical procedures to treat your snoring   and sleep apnea.
