Terms & Conditions

1) The eSNORE & SLEEP Referral Program is for new customers. Yes, spouses, siblings, parents and children of customers and existing CPAP users can be referred, as long as they have the proper documentation to purchase their own eligible CPAP and Auto CPAP device included in the program (see #6).

2) The eSNORE & SLEEP Referral Program Form must be completed by the person referring their friend or family member to eSNORE & SLEEP, prior to their friend or family member contacting eSNORE & SLEEP for products and/or services. 

3) Once the eSNORE & SLEEP Referral Program Form is submitted online, both the person making the referral, and their friend or family being referred, will receive a confirmation email  that the form has been processed.

4) The friend and family member being referred can apply a single  $50 discount to the posted price on the eSNORE & SLEEP website,  on the following products or services: 
- Sleep Health Screening
- Home Sleep Test
- APEX, XT Auto CPAP
- Fisher & Paykel, Icon CPAP
- Fisher & Paykel, Icon Auto CPAP
- Resmed Airsense, 10 CPAP
- Resmed Airsense, 10 Autoset CPAP

5) The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount offered on the aforementioned products and services. It cannot be used in addition to any other possible promotional code for those products or services available on the eSNORE & SLEEP website. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion that may be offered online, in print or verbally at a consumer exhibit, expo, show, or general presentation.

6) The person referring their friend or family will receive either a $50 VISA Gift Card or $50 credit towards any products offered on our website,  only after their friend or family being referred, purchases the following CPAP, or Auto CPAP system included in this program:
- APEX, XT Auto CPAP
- Fisher & Paykel, Icon CPAP
- Fisher & Paykel, Icon Auto CPAP
- Resmed Airsense, 10 CPAP
- Resmed Airsense, 10 Autoset CPAP

7) If the friend or family being referred has not applied their one-time $50 discount on a Sleep Health Screening or Home Sleep Test, then they may apply the $50 discount to the price posted on our website on any of the aforementioned CPAP or Auto CPAP system included in this referral program. The $50 discount towards the aforementioned CPAP or AutoCPAP devices cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount offered on those particular CPAP or Auto CPAP devices  on the eSNORE & SLEEP website. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion that may be offered online, in print or verbally for those  particular CPAP or Auto CPAP devices at a consumer exhibit, expo, show, or general presentation.

8) Once a person has been referred to eSNORE & SLEEP, they have 90 days to complete the process of purchasing a program, eligible CPAP or Auto CPAP. This is due to the possibility of unforeseen manufacturer product, price and program changes in the future.

9) Referred persons and those who referred people will be eligible to receive the benefits of the program within the 90 days listed above. However, this referral program may be cancelled at anytime without notice, closing the opportunity to those who have not referred and those who have not been referred.  This referral program is expected to expire on December 31, 2015.

10) When possible, eSNORE & SLEEP can provide insurance coverage, deductible and co-pay information. Please note that eSNORE & SLEEP is not a Medicare provider or in-network with any Medicare Advantage plan.
